Giant Eagle is good and so are the Dollar Tree, Beer Store and Wine and Spirits, but the K Mart needs big changes. My eye doctor is also in the plaza and I love her (Tiffany Chamberlain with Karlik Opthalmology). This plaza could be great with some new stores and some updates to some of the other stores. I have heard rumors that the rent is too high and that is what keeps progress and modernization away and that is a shame.
